Tick, Tick, Tick

No not the bugs. I am so feeling the tick tick tick of the clock. Saturday morning is right around the corner. Why is it that I always wait until the last minute to do anything??? The good news is that I have two suitcases packed and ready to go. They each weigh 48 pounds, so that is good. The bad news is I have to find a new house in a new town tomorrow. Our house sold and now we have to find a home or live out of our car. We don't drive a 10 passenger RV, so I have to get busy and pick a place for my people to reside and destroy. We also must get our children registered for their new schools so that we can begin the ritual of crushing skulls at football practice. Can we do it? Sure. Can we do it gracefully? Not so much.

God has opened amazing doors these last couple of weeks, and we are extremely blessed, undeserving people. I just want to give God the glory that He deserves. My children are well, my husband and I are speaking (heehee), and we are getting ready to travel to AFRICA! Have I mentioned that one or twenty times? It's just still so crazy. I'm viewing it as "Spring Break in the Wilderness". To all of my great friends who are waiting for their kids to be cleared so that they can be brought home: Hang in there my friends. Your time will come and until then, we will deliver lots of hugs to your babies and tell them how much you love them. We will bring back tons of pictures to carry you through. Remain faithful! Thank you all for your friendship through this journey. Hopefully you will still be my friends when my person returns and my sanity leaves me!
