The 30,000 sq. ft. renovation on 3 floors began in October of 2008 and was completed in February 2009, on time and on budget. Centered around an open lobby plan framed at once by a double-height patterned glass partition and custom perforated circulation ‘screen’, the design emphasizes clarity of circulation and flexibility of use throughout its workspaces and meeting rooms.
